Virgin Music Group executives Nat Pastor (co-CEO) and Víctor González (evp, president of Latin America, U.S. Latin and Spain) will offer a wide-ranging discussion on the rise of Latin music globally and how independent labels and artists are the engine behind much of  this global success.
