After debuting this year on the Billboard charts with their collaboration with Clave Especial and Fuerza Regida “Ferrari,” which reached No. 1 on Hot Regional Mexican Songs, Los Gemelos de Sinaloa are set to begin a new chapter alongside Street Mob Records, with a new album and tour, Billboard can exclusively announce today (Sept. 9).

The Gemeliza Album will arrive on Sept. 24, while The Gemeliza Tour, promoted by Live Nation, will kick off on Oct. 23 at the Arizona Financial Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona, marking the duo’s first tour in three years.

“We’re really excited to get back on the road, be with our fans, and finally bring this music to them live,” Los Gemelos de Sinaloa said in a statement shared with Billboard. “We’ve been spending so much time in the studio creating new music, and I can’t wait for everyone to hear the album on September 24th and then experience these songs together with us on tour.”

Comprised of brothers Juan Moisés and Roberto Cárdenas, originally from Paramount, California, Los Gemelos de Sinaloa first gained recognition on TikTok and YouTube a couple of years ago with their corridos sierreños, and today they have nearly 8 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

In April of this year, they signed with Street Mob Records, the label of Jesús Ortiz Paz from Fuerza Regida, and shortly after made their debut on the Billboard charts with “Ferrari,” which entered the Billboard Hot 100 (No. 86), reached No. 6 on Hot Latin Songs and landed at No. 1 on Hot Regional Mexican Songs (chart dated May 2.) Their hits also include “Amor,” “No Le Aflojo,” “Si Me Ven” and “Ahora Todo es Diferente.”

The Gemeliza Tour will visit cities such as El Paso, Chicago, Denver and Atlanta, before concluding on Dec. 12 at the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California. General ticket sales begin Friday (Sept. 11) at 10 a.m. local time via LiveNation.com.

Saturday Night Live U.K. has set the hosts and musical guests for the first three episodes of its second season. The British spinoff of the legendary New York-based NBC sketch show — which concluded its 51st season earlier this year — will roll out the first of six episodes beginning this weekend with host Jeff Goldblum and musical guest CMAT, according to an Instagram post announcing the lineups.

The cast of 11 somewhat unknown British stand-up comedians and social media stars who starred in the first-ever sanctioned overseas version of the show, which debuted earlier this year, will all return for season two. That means that Hammed Animashaun, Ayoade Bamgboye, Larry Dean, Celeste Dring, George Fouracres, Ania Magliano, Annabel Marlow, Al Nash, Jack Shep, Emma Sidi and Paddy Young will be back for six more shows this year, followed by more episodes in 2027.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Freddie Meredith (Such Brave Girls) will join the cast this go-round after the first season debuted to relatively positive reviews.

Following Goldblum, actor-comedian Jamie Demetriou (Fleabag) is up on Sept. 19 with rock duo Royal Blood as musical guest, followed by Chicken Soup Date host Amelia Dimoldenberg and U.K. singer Rachel Chinouriri on Sept. 26.

SNL producer/creator Lorne Michaels is executive producer of the U.K. version, with James Longman serving as lead producer. In addition, Laura Claxton has been promoted to co-head writer, with Heather MacVean signing on as costume designer. Sinead Oldnall will lead the U.K. talent team as director of on-screen talent.

The inaugural season of SNL U.K. kicked off on March 21 of this year with SNL veteran Tina Fey as host and Wet Leg as musical guest. The rest of the season featured actors Jamie Dornan (Trolls World Tour) , Riz Ahmed (Sound of Metal), Nicola Coughlan (Derry Girls), Aimee Lou Wood (Sex Education), Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso), Ncuti Gatwa (Doctor Who) and comedian Jack Whitehall. The season’s musical guests also included Wolf Alice, Kasabian, Jorja Smith, Foo Fighters, MEEK, Myles Smith and Holly Humberstone.

Stevie Wonder is hitting the road this fall to mark the 50th anniversary of one of his most beloved, critically acclaimed studio albums. The singer announced on Tuesday morning (Sept. 8) that he will celebrate his 1976 Songs in the Key of Life LP on the 18-date outing slated to kick off on Oct. 13 at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham, U.K.

The tour will then hit Paris, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Hannover, Cologne, Amsterdam, Dublin, London, Manchester and Glasgow before heading back to the U.S. for a run of winter shows at Madison Square Garden in New York on Nov. 19, followed by gigs in Chicago, Washington, D.C. and Detroit before winding down with a show at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles on Dec. 19.

According to an Instagram post announcing the gigs, tickets for the special run of international stops will go on sale with a presale slated to begin on Wednesday (Sept. 9), followed by a general -on sale on Friday (Sept. 11) at 10 a.m. local time. A general on-sale for the U.S. shows (except Detroit), is set for Thursday (Sept. 10) at 10 a.m. local time through Ticketmaster. The Detroit shows will go on sale on Sept. 15 at 10 a.m. local time.

Songs in the Key of Life, Wonder’s 18th studio LP, was released on Sept. 28, 1976 and as a double-album with a four-track bonus EP and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart. It spun off two Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 singles in “I Wish” and “Sir Duke” and won Album of the Year at the 1977 Grammy Awards. In addition to those two singles, the album features such classics as the opening track, “Love’s in Need of Love Today,” “Isn’t She Lovely” and “Pastime Paradise,” with the latter the source for Coolio’s 1995 hit “Gangsta’s Paradise.”

According to a press release, Wonder, 76, will perform the entire album on the tour. “At a time when the world continues to search for connection, healing and joy, the messages at the heart of Songs in the Key of Life feel as urgent and necessary today as they did in 1976,” read the release. “Songs like ‘As,’ ‘Love’s in Need of Love Today,’ ‘Sir Duke’ and ‘Isn’t She Lovely’ remain woven into the emotional fabric of generations around the world, reminding audiences not only where they’ve been, but who they are.”

Back in June, Wonder performed a short set at the opening of former President Barack Obama’s Presidential Center in Chicago, performing “All I Do” and “Signed, Sealed,Delivered I’m Yours” with the Roots, as well “Higher Ground” with an all-star group of fellow performers including Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Hudson, Christina Aguilera, John Legend,Eddie Vedder and Common.

Yuridia, dubbed the queen of regional Mexican music, is bringing her Las Cartas Sobre La Mesa Tour to the United States in early 2027, Billboard can exclusively announce on Tuesday (Sept. 8).

Promoted by Live Nation, the 18-date tour will begin on Feb. 4 at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle and wrap up on March 28 at The Theater at MGM National Harbor in Washington, D.C. Along the way, the singer will also perform in cities like Las Vegas, Houston, Dallas, Chicago and New York.

“What I enjoy most about touring in the U.S. is traveling by bus. I really love spending time with the musicians and dancers. I also bring my family, my kids, and I’m very happy discovering different cities,” Yuridia tells Billboard Español. “The shows are always different, there are always surprises, and it’s so much fun. I’m very excited to experience that again.”

The announcement comes after the Sonora-born artist made history as the first Mexican to sell out two consecutive dates at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City on Sept. 3 and 4.

Yuridia’s Las Cartas Sobre La Mesa Tour follows her Sin Llorar Tour, during which she visited more than 80 cities across Mexico, Central America, the U.S. and Canada between 2024 and 2025. Ticket presales begin today (Sept. 8) at 12 p.m. local time, while general sales kick off on Sept. 11 at 10 a.m. local time via LiveNation.com. 

Recognized as one of the most prominent female voices in Mexican regional music, the 39-year-old singer — born in Hermosillo, Sonora, and raised in Arizona — rose to fame in 2005 by participating in the second season of Mexico’s reality show La Academia before debuting as a solo artist with her album La Voz de un Ángel.

Throughout her career, she has released 10 studio albums, achieved multiple diamond, platinum and gold certifications, and sold over three million records in Mexico and Latin America. On the Billboard charts, she has placed hits like “Qué Agonía” with Ángela Aguilar, which entered the top 10 of Latin Airplay, as well as “Mi Eterno Amor Secreto” with Edén Muñoz and “Un Bendito Día” with Alejandro Fernández, both of which reached No. 1 on Regional Mexican Airplay.

Her latest single, “Que Se Vaya,” released on Aug. 20, offers a first glimpse of her upcoming studio album and will be included in her setlist for Las Cartas Sobre La Mesa Tour 2027.

John Legend and Pharrell Williams made an album in Paris last year that the EGOT artist says is unlike any of his others.

Muse, set for an Oct. 23 release on Republic Records — and written and recorded at Pharrell’s studio at Louis Vuitton’s headquarters, where he’s men’s creative director — had Legend looking beyond evergreen piano standards and into a “Black James Bond aesthetic, but with a modern backbeat at its foundation.”

“You can hear traces of me and traces of him, but it sounds like something new for the both of us. The combination of me and Pharrell, on paper, I think, is a good idea. And the execution is even better,” he says of Muse in a press statement released Tuesday (Sept. 8).

“I think my repertoire has always been very diverse, but the piano-driven ballads have gotten the most traction throughout my career. I wanted to shake up the formula and do something fresh and new,” Legend notes of the pair’s new project, which calls upon influences like Nina Simone, Nat King Cole and Marvin Gaye.

“Daylight,” the first single from Muse, arrives on streaming services today. Legend previewed the song with a performance from Nashville that was broadcast during CBS’ American Tailgate the night before.

Another album track, “Pray for Ya,” soundtracked Louis Vuitton’s Fall-Winter 2026 Men’s show.

Pharrell produced the entire album. He’s also a co-writer, and he’s a featured artist on six tracks.

“When Pharrell called me, I thought, let’s do this,” says Legend, whose guest vocal on the Clipse track “The Birds Don’t Sing” inspired Pharrell — who’d produced Clipse’s 2025 set Let God Sort ‘Em Out — to team up with Legend on a full album. “A lot of people would have imagined we’d done something like this already, but we hadn’t. It felt past due.”

Just as Legend guested on Clipse’s album, Clipse features on the Muse track “Bodies on the Floor.”

Muse‘s title is in part inspired by the nine Muses in ancient Greek mythology. It’s also the name of the record’s opening track, which chronicles a “tumultuous relationship between a man and his muse … against the romantic backdrop of Paris and high art,” Tuesday’s press release says. The “muse” of that track is just a character the duo came up with, though Legend adds, “Our ancestors are our muses. My music has always been me channeling the ancestors, taking what they gave us and making something new.”

“I recorded some songs on this album that [Pharrell] fully wrote, which I almost never do,” says Legend. He’s shared his Muse partner thanked him for his trust and patience throughout their collaborative process and adds, “It’s not about winning the argument or ego. It’s about the music winning. Every battle should be won by the art.”

“There are plenty of artists who get to a point in their career where they don’t make anything new. We can just play the hits; we can stay in our comfort zone. But I believe it’s important to keep the mindset that I have to continue to prove myself. I wanted this album to have that sense of urgency — to feel like something that needed to be made and is fully worthy of my audience’s attention,” Legend says.

Rosanne Cash is postponing a trio of shows on her current U.S. tour due to what her management team said was an unspecified “unexpected medical emergency.” According to a statement posted on the 71-year-old singer’s Instagram on Monday (Sept. 7), Cash has pushed back planned dates in Sheridan, Wyo. on Tuesday (Sept. 8), as well as Billings, Mont. on Wednesday (Sept. 9) and Bozeman, Mont. on Saturday (Sept. 12).

The statement noted that the Grammy-winning eldest daughter of late country icon Johnny Cash “is recovering under her doctors’ supervision, who have recommended a temporary restriction on travel and performing.” That restriction has resulted in the postponing of the Wyoming and Montana shows. At press time, the dates for the rescheduled gigs had not been announced yet.

Cash has one more scheduled show on her U.S. swing — a Sept.19 show at the Riceland Hall inside A-State Fowler Center in Jonesboro, Ark. — before she is slated to take a brief pause in advance of a short run of European shows slated to kick off on Oct. 15 at the Music Hall Worpswede in Worpswede, Germany. The singer’s final scheduled 2026 date is a Nov. 9 stop at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.

Cash’s most recent release is a duet with The National singer Matt Berninger on a cover of the Velvet Underground’s “Who Loves the Sun,” released in March as the opening theme for the Will Forte/D’Arcy Carden Hulu crime comedy series Sunny Nights. She recently shared the stage with Judy Collins, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Amanda Shires and Madeleine Peyroux at the Tanglewood Music Festival on Aug. 30 as part of the special Sweet Judy Blue Eyes: Farewell Tour marking Collins’ final Tanglewood performance.
