Tito Double P suspended the remaining dates of his La People Tour in Mexico “until further notice,” according to a statement posted to his Instagram account Wednesday (Oct. 7). One day later, Natanael Cano announced that he would also postpone the rest of his Natanael Cano Vol. 1 Tour to focus on “his health and well-being.”

The back-to-back announcements affect two of the biggest tours from the new generation of música Mexicana. Tito and Cano are frequent collaborators and central figures in the corridos tumbados movement; they recently joined Ovi and Víctor Mendívil on “Olivia La Flaca,” which was released Sept. 24.

“We regret to inform you that, for reasons beyond the artist’s and his team’s control, the announced dates for La People Tour will be suspended until further notice,” Tito’s team said in its statement in Spanish. It noted that tickets will be refunded through the authorized points of purchase.

The tour was scheduled to visit cities including Puebla (Oct. 30), Monterrey (Oct. 31), Aguascalientes (Nov. 14), León (Nov. 21), Chihuahua (Nov. 26), Mérida (Dec. 3) and Guadalajara (Jan. 30, 2027). The statement did not specify whether the suspension affects other previously announced appearances, including Tito’s participation in Coca-Cola Flow Fest. After the announcement, a fan asked on Instagram whether he would still appear at the festival, to which Tito replied, “God willing, I’ll see you there.”

On Thursday (Oct. 8), Cano’s team provided Billboard Español with a statement announcing the postponement of the remaining dates of his stadium tour in Mexico: “After careful consideration, Natanael Cano is postponing the remaining dates of the Natanael Cano Vol. 1 tour to focus on his health and well-being.”

The announcements come at a moment of major visibility for both artists. Cano’s latest album, Natanael Cano, Vol. 1, debuted at No. 4 on Top Regional Mexican Albums and No. 10 on Top Latin Albums. Tito, meanwhile, continues to build his solo career with his latest album, Acomodo, which debuted at No. 3 on Top Latin Albums, No. 1 Top Regional Mexican Albums June 13, as well as No. 41 on the all-genre Billboard 200.

Tito Double P is confirmed to perform at the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards, which will air live from Miami on Oct. 22. The artist is a finalist in 15 categories, including recognition for DINASTÍA, his collaborative album with Peso Pluma.

Harry Styles has been letting the light in by stepping out in public more frequently, and according to him, he has a love interest to thank.

In conversation with Thom Yorke for Rolling Stone‘s cover story published Thursday (Oct. 8), the pop star and Radiohead frontman began by recalling how they first bumped into each other while both out walking around in Rome. “You, to me, had always been that person that I was scared of meeting,” Styles told Yorke, who said: “I was also impressed that you were just walking down the street. I was like, ‘Where’s his security?’”

“I think in the early days, when I was in [One Direction],” Styles replied, “so much of the hotel experience felt very locked in. When I’d be home, it felt like, ‘Oh, it’s not safe for me to be out.’”

That all changed when a romantic partner entered his life. “Then I had a girlfriend who was very outgoing, and she was coming to London and I was like, ‘Oh, if we just sit in my house for three days, she’s gonna think I’m nuts,’” the former boy bander continued. “So we walked everywhere, and it was this realization for me: ‘Oh, it’s fine to be outside.’ It kind of broke that thing. Now, it’s changed my life in such a big way, because it’s how you stay connected to the world.”

It’s unclear whether Styles was referring to an ex-girlfriend or partner Zoe Kravitz, who is now reportedly his fiancée. Either way, he and the actress have been spotted out in public together a number of times, occasionally saying hello to fans who approach them.

In their conversation for the publication’s “Musicians on Musicians” issue, Styles and Yorke chatted about how important it is to stay connected with the real world as songwriters.

“It’s an interesting cycle, I think,” the “As It Was” singer mused. “You make something that connects with people, because you’ve captured something about the human experience, whether it’s a vulnerability or a sensitivity that comes with being human. And then any kind of success around that thing makes it take on this life of its own. Then everything around you makes your experience incredibly not human.”

“The goal is how you shut that out when you’re making stuff, so you can still be making music about the human experience,” he continued.

“Songwriting is quite a naive thing,” Yorke said. “You can’t be savvy about it. You can work really hard on it — but the good stuff just happens, and you don’t know why. And you’ve got to be honest with yourself that you don’t know why. When stuff forms that you like, you just grab onto it and you don’t let go.”

Leon Bridges and Bella Kay will join Selena Gomez‘s annual Rare Impact Fund Benefit for a night of music and mental health advocacy, Billboard can exclusively reveal.

The two artists will perform at the fourth annual event — titled Rare Impact Fund Benefit: A Night of Radiance & Reflection — taking place Oct. 14 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. Gomez will host the evening, with Emmy and Tony Award-winning actor and comedian Sean Hayes serving as emcee.

Bridges brings a Grammy-winning career to the stage, along with a hefty Billboard chart history. The singer/songwriter’s 2013 debut album, Coming Home, peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, while his 2018 follow-up, Good Thing, also reached No. 3. His 2021 album Gold-Diggers Sound debuted at No. 51 on the chart.

Kay, meanwhile, is a newer name on everyone’s radar, though no stranger to Billboard as of late. The singer/songwriter was recently featured on the cover of Billboard‘s “The Up-And-Comers” issue, spotlighting her among other artists to watch as she continues to carve out her spot in the music industry.

Both performers feel personally about the cause at hand. Bridges said in a statement to Billboard that participating in an event that creates “real, tangible access to help for young people” is a privilege. Kay similarly noted that music has “always been an outlet for making sense of my own mental health and vulnerabilities, so being part of an evening dedicated to expanding youth mental health support hits very close to home.”

“I’m deeply grateful to every one of our amazing sponsors and to the extraordinarily talented Leon Bridges and Bella Kay for supporting our fourth annual Rare Impact Fund,” Selena Gomez says in a statement to Billboard. “Shining a light on youth mental health is something we cannot do alone, and having their support not only inspires me, but directly touches the lives of millions of young people around the world.”

The performances by Bridges and Kay will anchor an evening built around fundraising for the Rare Impact Fund, which Gomez launched in 2020 alongside Rare Beauty. The organization has raised more than $30 million since its inception and supports 30 nonprofit partners across five continents, reaching an estimated 3.5 million young people annually.

The fund is working toward a goal of mobilizing $100 million for organizations that increase access to youth mental health services and education around the world.
